After mannequin practice, students are gradually blended into actual on-the-job clinic experience. Students experience all aspects of the salon industry which are necessary to ensure a successful future.

INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION

Individual instruction is a regular and necessary part of cosmetology instruction at BARPALMA Beauty Careers Academy.  Instruction includes hands on practical training which helps students develop the many mechanical skills required.

Individual instruction is also employed with the students working on clients. The curriculums are performance based to ensure compatibility with performance requirements of the Virginia State Board for Cosmetology.
